Rangatahi festival trip for Kapa haka
On Thursday, we when to the Rangatahi festival for Kapa haka, and for other School's performance's. We were on a red, white, smooth bus. Inside was all our Kapa haka crew. We were on our way to (Read title) at Papakura Intermediate School. When we were there at the Gates, Mostly we saw other schools that I THINK are doing some performances. Some of them were GASPING at us and some are saying "Hey! Hey!" and "OH!" because of our costumes. Meanwhile half way in the festival, it was out turn to perform. We had to go at the back of the stage (for some weird reason it was a truck) So we could hop on it. Instead, there were some stairs. When we were on stage. There were 30 people in front and mostly 100 at the back. At the end, we had to take some photo's. At school we had ice block's for a good work treat!

the show was so scary
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for you to be part of something so cool and special as Kapa Haka and a trip to another school. I really like that some people in the audience GASPED at your costumes. When is your next Kapa Haka performance?
ReplyDeleteMaybe,Prize giving?
